Donna Brazier Edwards- Yutopia Salon Director/ Owner 

Yutopia is Owned by Donna, a local therapist with over 18 years experience

in the industry. Donna qualified up to NVQ Level 3 right here in Telford before sailing a

way to work onboard cruise ships, employed by Elemis’s sister company Steiner, this was Donna’s introduction to the wonders of Elemis skincare.

On returning to land Donna joined Bannatyne’s Spa & Club in Birmingham, before being scouted by Telford College to run their training salon Lilly’s inside the Telford Whitehouse Hotel.

After 4 years at Lilly’s, due to budget cuts the salon was to be closed. Donna was asked to remain in the salon and after a quick refurbishment and re-branding Yutopia Spa was born. After 7 years building clients and recruiting therapists the Yutopia team grew and the rooms in the Mercure Hotel was to small, it was time to find a permanent home for Yutopia. Thanks to the help from Telford and Wrekin with the High Street Grant Yutopia’s new home is now on Madeley High Street where Donna grew up and her family lived for many years, She says its nice to be back home and see some familiar faces.

Outside of work Donna enjoys Parties with friends, Kitchen raves with her husband. Also going to the gym, running and keeping fit, a healthy mind and a healthy body work together to provide positivity and satisfaction.

Kayleigh Holmes-  Assistant Manager 

Kayleigh started with us when we launched Birmingham west salon in July 2021, After the closer of our West Bromwich salon Kayleigh moved to work in our Telford salon where she has worked her way up to Assistant Manager due to her hard work and dedication the Yutopia Spa. She also looks after our social media accounts (she’s our social media queen). Kayleigh has always had a passion for beauty and has worked in the industry for 6 years after completing her level 1 and 2 beauty therapy at collage, whilst taking additional courses in massage therapy. During 2020 Kayleigh had a break from the industry to give birth to her beautiful baby girl. She is now building her clientele up here in Telford and is becoming very popular with our clients and busy keeping our social media up to date with our offers and information.

Charlotte Marshall- Senior Therapist

Charlotte, originally from Cornwall, has been at Yutopia for 6 years. She began as an apprentice through Telford College, where she qualified up to NVQ level 3 in beauty

therapy. Her positive attitude, work ethic and experience has led Charlotte to build

a regular clientele and work her way up to Senior Therapist. Charlotte is qualified in Elemis face and body treatments, LVL lash lift & Recently Million Dollar Facials.

Her favourite treatment is facials, both Elemis and million dollar. Charlotte loves seeing and feeling how healthy the skin is by the end of the treatment and giving clients more confidence with their skin. When not at work she does a number of activities such as axe throwing, bowling and mini golf. She loves trying new things and going to new places. She also loves eating out (She’s definitely a foodie)

Caprice Sterling- Senior Therapist

Caprice is one of our therapists here at Yutopia Spa, she joined us back in May 2022. Caprice has 8 years experience in the industry from working in popular nail salons in Birmingham where she is originally from. Caprice is qualified in level 2 & 3 beauty therapy, but her main treatment she loves to perform is nails. From BIAB to Acrylic nails she has high qualifications in this sector and has been called the nail queen by our clients.

Caprice out side of work likes to party with friends in Birmingham and relaxing watching series with family and enjoying holidays abroad.

Shannon Daniels- Spa Therapist 

Shannon joined us in August 2022 after completing 2 years of studies at Shrewsbury college. Shannon originally trained in hairdressing and after working in salons in London Shannon decided to change career and train to become a beauty therapist,

Shannon is originally from London and moved to Telford in 2016, But often goes back home to see friends and family.

Shannon loves what she does and enjoys all aspects of the Beauty therapy, but her favourite treatment is massages. Since she’s quite a spiritual person, she strongly believes in the healing properties of massage and enjoy seeing her clients relaxed when they leave.

When she’s not at work she’s busy being a mum to her two amazing boys. In her down time they watch films together, listening to music and dancing around the house. She enjoys walks with the dog, trips to the park and spending time with family and friends.

Beth Lauder- Spa Therapist 

Beth is our newest Therapist here at Yutopia Spa. She has been qualified Beauty Therapist since may 2023 after spending 2 years at Telford college completing Level 2 and 3 Beauty. Beth’s favourite treatments are manicures and Swedish massages.
