Patch test are required for lash lift, brow tints & lash tints 48hrs prior to treatment if its your first treatment with us. Please book patch test first.
Cancellation Policy
When booking online you will be asked to confirm your appointment with a 50% non refundable deposit via an email link to pay online, if you do not confirm your appointment or pay the deposit within 48hrs prior your appointment will be cancelled and offered to another client. By confirming your appointment you will be asked to enter your card details and pay 50% Non refundable Deposit on the system this is so we know you are coming to your appointment and you agree to our cancelation policy below:
Loss of Deposit if you cancel or reschedule less than 24hrs
100% charge and lost of deposit if you do not show for your treatment.
